  How to Ride
                                                                                                                             Note: Electric scooter must be

Get on the scooter and place both hands on the handlebars. Kick to start (B), and then push the thumb throttle (C).
  How to Stop
For controlled stops, release the throttle and apply the brake by putting pressure on the rear-fender brake. Razor           Note: As an additional safety
